Yoga is a way to relax and refocus after a tough day or busy week of parenting. In Denver it’s also a chance to enjoy delicious craft beers and wines because many breweries around the metro area offer yoga classes on a regular basis. So grab your mat and your mom friends for a pose and a pint. A little beer or vino afterward might even persuade the spouse to join you as well.
