What is your educational philosophy? We provide a safe, nurturing environment where children learn, grow, and thrive. We prepare children for elementary school and beyond by developing important academic, social, and emotional skills.

What are the qualifications and experience levels of your teachers and staff? Our dedicated teachers have their HS diploma,12 ECE units or CDA certification, and must be 18, with specific requirements varying by state. Teachers must pass thorough background and reference checks.

How do you communicate with parents about their child’s progress and daily experiences? We connect with parents through parent boards, email, monthly folders, and our Links 2 Home communication app. We love building relationships with our parents daily at drop-off and pick-up.

What is your approach to handling challenging behaviors or conflicts among children? Through redirection and praise, we encourage our students to make positive choices. We teach emotional awareness and problem-solving skills that help when conflict arises. Redirection to positive activities is key.

What health and safety measures do you have in place, and how do you respond to emergencies? Only families and staff have access to our schools. Our sick policy and cleaning protocols create a healthy environment. Teachers undergo thorough background checks and are certified in CPR/First Aid.
