Denver’s dining scene is welcoming a new addition this spring with Madeline, a brick-and-mortar restaurant focused on seasonal, technique-driven dishes with a modern sense of creativity.

Opening in the former Fruition space at 1313 E. 6th AVe., the family-run concept will seat 48 guests. Guests are welcome to stop in for a casual weeknight dinner or a special occasion as Madeline is designed to be a place where guests feel welcomed and relaxed, encouraging conversation and connection.

Madeline’s menu will showcase signature dishes such as rotating seasonal housemade pastas and seared halibut with fresh green curry, alongside rotating seasonal plates that emphasize high-quality ingredients. The approach works to be ingredient-first and unfussy – allowing flavors and craftsmanship to speak.

The beverage menu aims to mirror the kitchen’s philosophy by offering a curated variety of innovative cocktails. A strong by-the-glass wine program will support both the spontaneous craving visit and the celebratory meals.

Madeline is run by Chef Quincy Cherrett, whose experience includes Denver destinations like Death & Co, Izakaya Den and Sushi Den. Cherrett has built his career in respected kitchens throughout the Mountain West and Denver. In recent years, Cherret has launched 22 Provisions as a food truck and stall cocnept, followed by Eloise, a bistro-style concept at Avanti Food Hall. The restaurant is named after Cherrett’s newborn niece, a deep personal connection that reflect’s the restaurant’s family-centered spirit.
