Water Safety Month reminds us why learning to swim matters—and Foss Swim School is bringing that mission to Denver this fall.
We’re excited to introduce to ourselves to your community ahead of the opening of our four new swim schools ahead of the opening of our four new swim schools in Westminster, Northglenn, Castle Rock, and Lone Tree!
Founded by parents Jon and Susan Foss over 30 years ago, Foss Swim School was built on the core belief that teaching kids to swim is more than strokes and kicks—it’s about building confidence, safety, and a lifelong love of water.
We teach swimmers from six months old through adulthood using our proven Swim Path® curriculum. This personalized, progress-based approach breaks down swim skills into small, achievable milestones. Each lesson is designed to meet students where they are, helping them grow in comfort, skill, and confidence, one step at a time.
At FOSS, safety skills are at the core of what we teach. That’s why our lessons include real-life water safety techniques, like “Find the Wall,” “Flip to Breathe,” and navigating the water confidently. These skills can save lives and give families peace of mind.
Our teachers are more than just instructors; they’re motivators and mentors dedicated to making learning to swim fun, safe, and empowering. Plus, our teachers truly know their students and help them progress when they are ready.
With hundreds of thousands of graduates from across the Midwest, Foss Swim School is excited to dive into the Denver community. Whether your child is just beginning their swim journey or looking to sharpen skills, Foss Swim School is here to help swimmers of all ages and abilities to reach their goals.
