What is the camp’s mission and philosophy?

To empower children through movement with Neuro-Somatic Integration, which enhances the brain’s ability to control & coordinate the body, improving balance, strength, and overall physical and cognitive performance.

What safety measures are in place?

CPR and WFPF-certified & experienced staff, Neuro warm-up, Soft landing areas, Clearly defined skill levels, Regular equipment inspections, Safety guidelines & orientation, Spotting & supervision, Clear gym rules, Firestation across the street.

What is the camper-to-counselor ratio?

15 campers to 1 counselor

How are staff members screened and trained?

We conduct background checks on all counselors and require them to attend a mandatory 6-hour training session before the start of summer camp.

Is there a daily schedule, and can you provide an example?

Open Gym – Morning Launch – Warm-up – Morning Snack – 1st Skill Activity – 2nd Skill Activity – Lunch – Open Gym – 3rd Skill Activity – Closing – Optional Open Gym until 4 pm

Are there opportunities for free play or downtime?

We start with open gym free play and offer a quiet room where campers can take a break and reset if needed. The day ends with another free play session.

How does the camp handle health issues and allergies?

We require campers to submit their medical forms as needed and ask about any allergies during daily check-in.

Are there opportunities for parents to visit or participate in camp activities?

Every Friday, parents will have the opportunity to watch what campers have learned. Some camps also host a show on Fridays.
