Extensive research is done to stay up-to-date on safety practices, and the team has a commitment to clear aftercare instructions to ensure that customers avoid infections. Additionally, Rowan only sells hypoallergenic jewelry.

On the importance of customers feeling cared for, Schneider says, “You’re not going to jump out of an airplane unless you know something is going to catch you. Similarly, ear piercings can be really scary for people, but knowing that you’re being pierced by a medical professional, you can really enjoy it.”
