What is the camp’s mission and philosophy?
ENOR is an award-winning program focused on environmental education and youth development for grades 4–8. Each day of hiking highlights a unique open space and curriculum to spark learning.
What safety measures are in place?
The care of your child is our #1 priority. ENOR is a licensed Colorado daycare provider. Safety plans are outlined in the Camp Handbook, available on our website.

How are staff members screened and trained?
Staff are background checked and must have 455 hours verifiable experience working with groups of 4 or more school-aged children or hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field
Is there a daily schedule, and can you provide an example?
Camp is in session Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Dropoff/pickup at Jefferson County Fairgrounds.
Campers are transported to and from the drop-off location daily in transport vans driven by trained drivers.
Are there opportunities for free play or downtime?
Each day there is time for campers to choose their own ways to relax in nature around meal times.
How does the camp handle health issues and allergies?
100% staff are trained by a nurse to administer medications and handle medical issues. They have advanced training when needed, and are all CPR/First Aid trained.
Are there opportunities for parents to visit or participate in camp activities?
ENOR fosters a youth’s connection to nature and encourages independence.
