As parents, we could all use a night out, whether it be for a romantic Valentine’s dinner or anytime you need a night of adult conversation. To help make date night easier, we’ve compiled this handy list of date-night childcare options across the Front Range, that won’t break the bank.

Friday Night Kids Climb at ÜG

On select Friday nights, kids ages six to 12 can partake in a Kids Night Climbing Party at Übergrippen. From 6 to 9 p.m. kids enjoy climbing, games, and a pizza dinner from Mici. The cost per child is $28 for members and $35 for nonmembers. Parents can opt to extend the fun to 10 p.m. for an additional $20 per child. YMCA Kids Night/Day Out Programs

On the first Saturday and third Sunday of each month, kids hang out at the Susan M. Duncan Family YMCA during their Kids Night Out and Kids Day Out programs. For five hours, kids enjoy arts and crafts, movies, sports, games, and swimming. Pizza and snacks are included in the price of $25 per child for members and $30 per child for nonmembers. Schlessman Family YMCA Kids Night Out

On the third Friday of each month, the Schlessman Family YMCA hosts a Kids Night Out from 5:30 to 9 p.m. Children ages four to 10 are welcome to enjoy a fun evening complete with a healthy dinner, crafts, games, and swimming. Parents Night Out at Apex Center

On select Fridays, the Apex Center hosts a Parents Night Out. From 4:30 to 9 p.m. kids enjoy toys in the kids clubhouse, pizza and snacks, gym games, and a G-rated movie to end the night. Kids age two to 10 are welcome to attend, and prices are $21 per child for residents and $31 per child for nonresidents. Upcoming dates are January 26, February 9, and February 23. Kids Night Out at TIGAR

On the second Friday of each month, drop the kids off at TIGAR from 6:30 to 10 p.m., where they’ll be fed dinner before having fun doing gymnastics, cheerleading, flipping on the bounce castle, and tackling obstacle courses. After kids are good and tired they’ll end the night with a movie. Kids ages four to 12 are invited, and prices range from $15-$25 based on the number of kids and membership. DSG Gymnastics Parents Night Out

On one Saturday a month, kids can flip around at DSG Gymnastics from 5:30 to 9 p.m. Kids ages three to 10 are welcome to play in the obstacle course and foam pit before ending the night with a movie and crafts. Parents Night Out at ABC Climbing

Denver Parks and Recreation holds a Parents Night Out, Kids Night In at multiple locations, including Stapleton and Washington Park, on select Friday and Saturday nights. Held from 5 to 8 p.m. or 6 to 10 p.m., cost is $5 per child and includes games and a pizza dinner. Find a location and register online, search “parents night out.”

Kids Nite Out at the Rec

Kids’ Nite Out events are held at various recreation centers around the metro area for children ages seven to 14, on Friday or Saturday nights from 7 to 10:30 p.m. Kids participate in active opportunities, and food may be purchased on-site for a fee. Parents Survival Nights at the Little Gym

Little Gym offers Parents Survival Nights for members and nonmembers on select Friday and Saturday nights. Price varies by location but includes three hours of fun for ages three to 12. Find a location and register online. Locations in Westminster, Littleton, Lone Tree, and Colorado Springs.

Parents Night Out at My Gym

My Gym holds a Parents Night Out one to two times per month for children ages 18 months to 12 years. Times vary from 4:30 to 9 p.m. and the night includes pizza, sports, and crafts. Prices vary but run between $20-$45 for members and nonmembers with discounts for siblings. Find a location and register online. Locations in Highlands Ranch, Arvada, and Colorado Springs.

Friday Nite Xtreme at the Family Sports Center

On the first Friday of every month, from 7 to 10 p.m., drop the kids off for a night of Xtreme fun at the Family Sports Center. Activities include ice skating, climbing, bumper cars, and laser tag.
